Contest Participation: Ultra Fantasy Goal offers skill-based fantasy basketball contests where users build lineups and compete based on real-world player performance.

Lineup Creation: You select players within a designated salary cap to create your fantasy basketball lineup. Your lineup earns points based on the actual statistical performance of selected players in real NBA games.

Contest Types: We offer various contest formats including head-to-head matchups, tournaments, and leagues. Each contest has specific rules, scoring systems, and entry requirements.

Scoring Rules: Points are awarded based on player statistics including points scored, rebounds, assists, steals, blocks, and other performance metrics. Complete scoring rules are available within the platform.

Contest Locks: Once a contest begins (typically when the first game of the slate starts), lineups are locked and cannot be modified.

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in the following activities:

• Creating multiple accounts or using automated systems ("bots")
• Colluding with other users or sharing insider information
• Manipulating contests or attempting to gain unfair advantages
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or staff
• Using the platform for any illegal purpose
• Reverse engineering or attempting to access unauthorized areas of the platform
• Scraping, data mining, or extracting platform data without permission
• Providing false information or impersonating others
• Interfering with the proper functioning of the platform

Violation of these conduct rules may result in account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of contest entries.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on Ultra Fantasy Goal, including text, graphics, logos, software, and design elements, is the property of Ultra Fantasy Goal or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce platform content without permission
• The Ultra Fantasy Goal name and logo are registered trademarks
• User-generated content (such as usernames) remains your property, but you grant us a license to use it

7. Platform Modifications and Availability

Fantasy Sports Nature: Success in fantasy sports contests requires skill, sports knowledge, and strategic decision-making. Results are based on real-world athletic performance, which is inherently unpredictable.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ultra Fantasy Goal and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim related to the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the six months prior to the claim.

9. Dispute Resolution

Contest Disputes: If you have a dispute regarding a contest result or lineup scoring, you must contact our customer support within 7 days of the contest conclusion. Our decisions regarding contest results are final.

Arbitration: Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms or our policies
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Providing false information
• Being under 18 years of age
• Any conduct we deem harmful to the platform or other users

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon termination, you forfeit any pending contest entries and leaderboard standings.
